CRESWELL FOOD 4 KIDS (CF4K) is a Creswell community sponsored program that works through our schools to help provide easy-to-make food to Creswell school kids. Our hope is to ensure they get enough food on the weekends when they cannot depend on the school meals they receive during the week. CF4K is NOT a government funded program. It is run completely by volunteers and donations from our own Creswell community.
During the 2019/2020 school year, CF4K will start delivering food bags to Creswell school kids the week of October 10, 2019 and this will continue through the first week of June 2020.

Here are ways to help and/or volunteer with Creswell Food 4 Kids:
FOOD BAGGING:
Food bagging will happen every other Thursday starting the week of October 10th. The food bags will be packed at our location at The Hub (95 Front St.) from 5-6pm. We will have sign-up sheets available to schedule 12 volunteers for each of these dates.
FOOD DELIVERIES:
This year we have three delivery options for the children/families:
School deliveries are made to each of the three schools (Creslane, CMS, and CHS) Friday mornings and the food bags are put into the child’s backpack (CES), or delivered to the office (CMS & CHS)
Home deliveries are made Friday evenings between 5:30-6pm (or on Thursdays if there is not school on that Friday). Volunteer delivery drivers DO NOT go into the homes of the families to whom they deliver, the food bags are dropped off at the front door or on the porch, or another previously designated easy access area in the front of the home.
Families may pick up their food bags themselves at our location at The Hub (95 Front St.) between 4:30 and 5:30pm on those delivery days.
DONATIONS:
Food donations. We welcome food donations to CF4K, and they can be dropped off at The Hub during the week. Here is a list of food items that you can donate:
